People try so hard to stay awake during the mornings that it could actually be unhealthy for some. It is always ideal to have at least 8 hours of sleep every single night, and not having enough could be dangerous for the health. People tend to rely on coffee to make them feel awake and having a lot of it is also something that cannot be considered as healthy.
